My
Story

Get to Know me

Hi, I’m Amy—accredited land manager, cattlewoman, chaos organizer, and farm wife who never meant to be the boss of everything… but got really good at it.

I didn’t grow up in agriculture—but I sure married into it. And over the past two decades, I’ve learned to navigate it all: the land, the leases, the late nights, and the losses.

FarmsFull was born after years of helping our own family operation get its feet under it—and realizing that what I figured out the hard way could actually help other people avoid the same burnout, confusion, and conflict.

Now, I work with landowners, farm families, ag professionals, and women just like me—who are trying to keep up, catch up, or step up in an industry that doesn’t always hand you a how-to guide.

Here’s What I Believe:

  • Systems don’t have to be fancy—they just have to work.

  • Paperwork isn’t just admin. It’s power. It’s peace.

  • You deserve clarity in your business and kindness in your boundaries.

  • Telling your story is how you take your seat at the table.

  • No one should have to figure this stuff out alone.

Official Credentials

  • Accredited Land Manager (ALM) with the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers

  • Co-owner and operator of multiple ag entities across Kansas and Colorado

  • National award winner in sorghum yield production

  • Consultant, speaker, photographer, and facilitator of get-your-sh*t-together energy

And in Real Life...

I live in Southwest Kansas with my husband, Brant, and our beagle (who thinks he runs the place). I’ve got two sons in college, a love for horses named Nado and Tubby, and a truck + camper that are non-negotiables.

I’m also a writer, a speaker, and someone who’s walked through grief, rebuilding, and a few bad deals to figure out how to turn mess into mission.
